Description

The Benchmade Exotac FireROD XL is a large fire starter. The magnesium rod gives you sparks of 3000 degrees Celsius which, because of the addition of ferrocerium, will burn for a longer period of time. The removable parts are protected by the o-rings against moisture and other influences. If necessary you can also replace the rod. The handle the rod is screwed into is made from anodized aluminium. This handle also serves as a container for tinder. This container is filled with a very flammable piece of cotton wool.
