The layer has the additional protection of the stainless steel grid placed on top. All the pans in this collection are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Only heat the pan to a maximum of 250 degrees to prevent overheating. Higher temperatures may affect the non-stick coating. Spring offers a 5-year warranty on the non-stick coating and a 25-year warranty on the other parts.
